Taking organic supplements can have a fantastic benefit on your well-being, beauty, mood, and energy! We know it can be confusing to look at how many supplements you would like to enjoy and add the right ones into your daily routine! This post is all about guiding you through practical strategies you can use to add supplements from our organic store into your daily lifestyle!

Create a supplement guide and Keep it simple

We recommend writing a supplement guide in your favorite notebook or on a computer document. This way, you can outline which supplements you are taking and when. You can categorize them by the time of day. During the morning and afternoon is when it is an excellent idea to taking supplements which have energizing effects. In the evening, you can take supplements with more relaxing properties. We highly recommend using the directions we give on our supplement bottles. You can also talk with one of our health specialists for customized needs. Here is an example of a part of a simple supplement guide:

Morning – 8 am:

  • Organic Collagen Focus – 1 tablespoon
  • Organic Plant Silica Focus – 1 tablespoon
  • Wild Superfood Complete – 1 tablespoon

Afternoon – 2 pm:

  • Wild Superfood Complete – 1 tablespoon

Notice in this example how I am not adding dozens of supplements in each supplement time. Then, you can rotate your supplements throughout the year, depending on your seasonal needs and your active lifestyle.

Pair organic supplements with meals

Before meals

Beauty How To Tanning Fundamentals

Flip from side to side

When you are tanning, make sure you are rotating your front side and your backside evenly. If you have ever made the mistake of just tanning your front, or falling asleep on your back, you have probably learned this essential by now.

If you are easing yourself into tanning, make sure you space you tanning out evenly. You can do 30 minutes on the front, then 30 minutes on the back, for example. An excellent method to make sure you do the tanning properly is to set the alarm to remember when to switch sides!

Ease yourself into the sunlight

If you have not been under the sun for a more extended period, it is crucial that you enter into the sun in a balanced way. If it has been several months since you have been tanning, start with a 30-60 minute tanning session, then take a break for a few hours and see how you look and feel. Depending on how your skin receives the sunlight, you can adjust these beginning numbers accordingly. Do not go for 4 to 5 hours straight under strong sunlight for your first tanning session, or you will probably not enjoy the result.

If it has only been a few days or weeks since you have been tanning in the sunshine, you can most likely re-enter the sun in a balanced way for a few hours of tanning or an afternoon of tanning with breaks!

Take breaks

As you are tanning, make sure to take breaks so you can give your body a rest from the sunshine. This also allows you to better monitor how you are looking and feeling from being in the sun. Pacing yourself is going to help you to stay hydrated and develop a glow over a burn.

Beauty Definition – What is beauty to you?

The age-old saying “Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder” is one we have heard throughout our lives. But what is it that makes a thing, person, or experience beautiful? To identify what beauty is to you, you must first become familiar with your unique values and beliefs. Many of these elements stem from the cultures we immerse ourselves in and the environment in which we were raised growing up in our lives. It is also important to understand that you have complete control over your definition of beauty, and you naturally will evolve into finding new things and beautiful as you grow into adulthood and further in your life!

When crafting your unique beauty definition, it is essential to not only look at what is beautiful to society but also look at the individual things which you find attractive! Also, make sure to factor in that beauty is not just about the looks of something – it is also about the emotion, the feeling, the heart, the strength, etc. Understand that your beauty definition is going to be different than that of your mother, father, friend, partner, and of anyone else – it is uniquely yours.

What Makes You Beautiful?

When you learn about what you feel is beautiful, next ask yourself: what is it that I possess which is an excellent representation of my view of beauty? This can be physical features like eyes, nose, or ears. It can also be emotional features like a fantastic calm attitude or a loving heart. Be sure to not only look at yourself aesthetically to see what is beautiful – beauty is not only seen by the eyes, but also it is seen through the heart.

If you are having difficulty with this exercise, you need to go back to the drawing board in developing your beauty definition. Do you have any limiting beliefs or fears related to how you think about beauty? It is important to draw inspiration from new things if you feel like you need a better beauty definition. To the beautiful you, a walk in a beautiful park, gazing at a gorgeous painting, or simply watching the sunrise can help inspire you to build your definition.

How can you FEEL more beautiful today?

There are SO MANY amazing ways to feel more gorgeous in a given day! You are so beautiful, my friend! My most important word of advice is that feeling beautiful is an INNER work, not an outside work. If you change the way you think about yourself, the nutrition you give yourself, how much water you drink, and more, the loving thoughts and words you give to yourself and the people you love, you will NATURALLY have more beauty.

Makeup (for girls), stylish clothing, a gorgeous smile and keeping yourself clean and trimmed are also ways to feel more beautiful aesthetically! I know I instantly feel better when I clean up, put on a pretty dress and makeup and style my hair pretty! However, it is essential always to remember that these items are just coatings to what is inside, and if you radiate your inner beauty, your outer beauty can only grow greater!
