Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Wellness Origin ships merchandise to locations within the continental United States. We are currently not shipping internationally or outside the continental US.
Important Shipping Notice: We currently do not ship to addresses in California due to state regulatory requirements under Proposition 65. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We endeavor to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, if we are out of stock on an item, it may take a few additional days to ship the merchandise. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
We will not be able to notify you via email when your order has shipped because of the multiple facilities our products are shipped from. Expect your products to arrive in multiple shipments. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items to ensure none were damaged during shipping. If there are damaged items, please refer to our Return Policy for the appropriate information.
Sales Tax
Wellness Origin charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from wellnessorigin.com by using any one of the payment options listed upon checkout. Wellness Origin reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
Pre-Approval Return Policy: Please call at 317-979-1234 or email at [email protected] (including or referencing your order number) for prior approval before returning any items. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Customer pays for return shipping. Credit will be given to you after the products are returned and inspected. Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges after 30 days. Opened food or supplement products are not returnable.
Skin Care Exception: If you purchased skin care products and you are not satisfied with them, you may return the products with prior approval within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund (even if the products were opened).
If you have a problem with any perishable food product, please call customer service at (317) 979-1234. They will be happy to discuss your options with you. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving your returned product.
