My Experience with Cellular Energy Focus

The product is one of my favorite organic supplements from the Wellness Origin line, and this is why I wanted to kick off our product spotlights with it! It was one of the first Wellness Origin products I started using when I was beginning to work out. I would find myself both physically tired and sore after my workouts. I used to dread going to the gym because I felt I did not have enough energy to do my exercises, and the whole process was difficult. This was when I was recommended to try Cellular Energy Focus. I was doing an intense workout course over several weeks to get in shape during the summer a few years ago. Initially, I started adding the product into my water bottle and enjoying it after I went to the gym. I found within a few days I was no longer getting sore from my workouts! Black beans

Black beans are an excellent source of protein, with 15 grams of protein per cup! An excellent benefit about this food is that it is a species of grass and not a grain, yet it has a consistency similar to grains. So, this makes wild rice an excellent addition to your diet if you are eating grain-free and looking for delicious, easy to prepare substitutes. You can easily prepare raw wild rice by sprouting it. Fill a bowl with wild rice and allow it to soak in the water on your kitchen counter for 1-2 days.

Avocado        

The famous green fruit has about 3 grams of protein per cup! You can enjoy this food sliced into salads, in a smoothie, or even alone with a dash of Himalayan salt added to it!

Broccoli
